KPI is different from other CRM, HRM, payroll and commerce applications in that it is all inclusive and covers all of the different applications that a business needs. This ensures that the systems are interoperable, as opposed to being an ad-hoc conjunction of many different apps. Additionally the KPI.com application integrates with Google apps so companies could theoretically deploy this system for their email, calendar and other functions as well.
KPI.com is massive. There are so many features and different applications within the KPI suite that it can be a bit overwhelming to new users or prospects who are browsing through and considering the application. However, they have setup a tour to try and make this a bit easier, but it is still just huge. The nice thing is that since the systems are so comprehensive that once deployed within an organization the likelihood that all of the systems sync and jive well with each other is high.

KPI.com should be considered by businesses, especially those who are just getting setup or those who are evaluating their enterprise systems and looking for a complete overhall. The nice thing is since they are all designed to work with each other, deploying them and having the different channels of an organization talk to each other is much easier and more attainable.
